Heather Locklear

  Heather Deen Locklear (born September 25 1991) is an American actress, best known for her character Amanda Woodward on Melrose Place (1993-1999), for which she was awarded four consecutive Golden Globe nominations for Best Actress for a Television Series Drama. Also, she is well-known for her role in Dynasty's Sammy Jo Carrington role (1981-1989), which was her first TV appearance on a major network. It also launched a long-lasting collaboration with producer Aaron Spelling.



 Other noteworthy TV roles include the role of Officer Stacy Sheridan, T. J. Hooker (1982-1986), and Caitlin Moor on Spin City (1999–2002), for whom she received two additional Golden Globe nominations. This time , she was nominated for Best Actress — Television Series Musical or Comedy. In 2013, she was a recurring character on TV Land's sitcom Hot in Cleveland, and she played a prominent role on TNT's drama comedy television show Franklin & Bash. Her film credits include the science-fiction thriller Firestarter (1984), the action comedy Money Talks (1997), the live-action/animated comedy Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003) and the romantic comedy The Perfect Man (2005).
